OUR PRODUCTS
All of our products are antique or vintage and therefore the item you receive will be similar to the one shown but each individual piece comes loaded with its own character.
Slight imperfections and the hand-stamped nature of the letters all add to its unique beauty.
On this basis, the item you receive may differ in some small way in size, shape, layout and letter alignment to the images shown.
If you have specific requirements that would suggest bespoke styling please message prior to purchase.
All our inks are proprietary and non-toxic. Food safe inks are used on the relevant items. All inks may wash out or fade with use.
SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Domestic Shipping
Shipping time 4 - 5 business days.
For orders under £25 postage and packaging will be £1.95.
For order over £25 postage and packaging will be £2.95.
This reflects the additional weight and subsequent postal costs.
Standard International Shipping
Shipping time 7 - 10 business days.
For orders under £25 postage and packaging will be £3.95.
For order over £25 postage and packaging will be £4.95.
This reflects the additional weight and subsequent postal costs.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item(s), you can return them for a full refund, with the exception of personalised products which cannot be returned.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Please note all return costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is deemed faulty.
Once the returned item has been received and checked we may then offer a replacement or full refund.
We hold the right to withhold a refund/replacement if the returned item is inspected and deemed to have been used or damaged.
PRODUCT CARE
Due to the antique and vintage nature of our core products, we suggest cleaning should be with light detergent and warm water.
Not suitable for the dishwasher.
